The advantage of SDR technology

Traditional suppression devices fix their frequencies in hardware: countering a new line of UAVs means replacing the device. Software-defined radio technology allows frequencies and waveforms to be updated in software — so the device keeps pace with the fast-changing UAV market.

Locating the pilot as well

Decoding the control protocol makes it possible to determine not only the aircraft’s position but also the pilot’s position — decisive information when the problem must be dealt with at its source rather than by simply disabling one UAV.

This is specialised equipment, supplied only to competent authorities and operated under the regulations on radio frequency management.

Use cases

Where it is deployed.

  1. Special operations and elite security units
  2. VIP protection and protection of high-ranking officials
  3. Mobile low-altitude air defence
